All products offered in this store are digital products, such as downloadable workbooks, guides, journals, or similar digital content. No physical product will be shipped.
3. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected digital product. The price payable is shown during checkout before the order is completed.
Payment is processed using the payment methods available at checkout.
4. Delivery
Digital products are provided electronically after successful payment, for example by download link, email, or through the order confirmation page.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and for having suitable software or equipment to open and use the digital files.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal depending on applicable law.
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire once delivery begins, provided that the customer has expressly agreed that delivery may begin before the end of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

6. Refunds and Defective Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the digital content has been provided or the download has begun, except where required by applicable law.
If a digital product is defective, cannot be accessed, or the wrong file has been provided, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Personal Use and Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, all digital products are provided for the purchaser's personal use only.
Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, shared, reproduced for commercial purposes, uploaded to other websites or platforms, or otherwise made available to third parties without prior written permission.
