Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Digital Content and Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period once the performance of the contract has begun.

Where required by law, this applies only if:

• you have expressly consented to the delivery of the digital content beginning before the end of the withdrawal period;
• you have acknowledged that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins; and
• the required confirmation has been provided to you.

If these requirements have not been fulfilled, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
